Enrolments

If you are not a NZ resident please contact reception to enrol.

Dr Liz Ryan is starting at CFHC on the 10th February 2025. We are enrolling new patients with her from the 20th January 2025. If you need to be seen before Liz starts, our current GPs will look after you. 

Dr Dirk Ziegert is currently enrolling patients who are non CSC holders. This
decision comes as our GP already has a significant number of CSC patients, and
we want to ensure that all our patients receive the best possible care and
equal opportunity for all.  

By
balancing our patient demographic, we can allocate our resources more
effectively, benefiting our patients.

In order for us to process your enrolment form you need to ensure that proof of eligibility is attatched. This is either a copy of your passport or birth certificate.
